We’ve moved the beginner photography courses to evenings now the summer months are here in Guernsey. We’ll do the odd Sunday but mainly Tue/Wed evenings for now.
Tuesday we stayed in the studio looking at camera set up, lenses, composition and why auto is best avoided! With cameras firmly glued on manual mode we went out for a shoot on Tuesday evening. It was a touch windy so we took a few pictures at the Guet then moved on to the bathing pools.
We did a few pictures using off camera flash, underexposing the background and lighting our model with the flash gun. As you can see it was a lovely sunny evening, much better than the recent cold weather Eden has endured this year.
After our shoot we went back to the studio for a review and look at a few image editing techniques using Photoshop Elements.
Here’s a few pictures from Lee Kevin and Jess.
